People often book 12 months in advance and we do recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as possible. This is especially important if you have specific dates of travel, if you are planning to visit us during the main season from December to Easter, or if the live booking calendar shows limited availability around your preferred dates.
We don't have the facility on this website to pick your dates and proceed to a confirmed booking. However, simply contact us with your preferred dates and to ask any questions. Once you are happy to go ahead, we can send details of our user-friendly and secure credit card platform to place your deposit. Simple!
Our calendars above should be 100% up to date, but there is no harm in asking about dates that may look to be reserved as it can be a "moving feast".
Reserving at The Lookout, Bequia.
We offer a “free and no commitment service” allowing you to reserve your accommodation at The Lookout for up to 5 days. This allows you to discuss, plan and finalize your travel plans safe in the knowledge that your accommodation is already reserved for you. There is no commitment or charge for this service and the reservation will simply lapse after 5 days if we have not heard back from you.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Upon booking and completion of the booking form, we will issue an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your stay at The Lookout. Once this is processed you can relax and plan your stay on this wonderful island. The balance of 50% will be invoiced & taken 12 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment will be required for bookings made within 12 weeks of arrival.
Details of payment options for both deposit and balance will be provided to you at the time of booking. Full T&C's will be provided prior to your booking being finalised.
There may be an additional charge of $500 US which will be held as a security / damage deposit payment. If all ok upon check-out (as we are sure it will be) this will be refunded back to the guests.
Cancellation Policy. We are a small business with just two apartments and the Bequia season is short. For these reasons, any payments made to us are non-refundable.
Should you need to cancel your booking with us, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will open up your dates on our availability calendars and every effort will be made to re-book the property for some or all of your dates.
For cancellations 8 or more weeks prior to your arrival date:
If the cancelled dates ARE filled with alternative guests, we will offer you a credit note which will be valid for new travel dates up to 12 months after your original arrival date (subject to availability and any difference in price). If the cancelled dates are NOT filled with alternative guests, then there is no entitlement to a credit note.
For cancellations less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date:
No credit notes will be given.
We strongly recommend that all guests take out adequate holiday, personal, injury, medical and cancellation Insurance Coverage at the time of booking. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
