A beautiful villa nestled into the hillside, equidistant, and just a few minutes’ walk, from two of the Caribbean’s best beaches (Princess Margaret & Lower Bay). The Lookout is a spacious, private property offering boutique style accommodation perfect for couples & families.
The villa consists of four beautiful en-suite bedrooms with 4-poster beds and mosquito nets (one room has twin beds that can be joined to make a superking double). There are also two well-equipped kitchens, two open-plan living room/diners & three deck areas offering spectacular panoramic ocean views and the opportunity for al-fresco dining & entertaining. Watching the sun drop into the Caribbean Sea from the vast upper deck as you sip on a cocktail is a magical experience you can treasure every day. The elusive “green flash” can also often be witnessed from this vantage point.
The central location of the villa means that several white-sand beaches, the main town of Port Elizabeth and the Belmont Walkway, lined with numerous bars & restaurants, are all within walkable distance. Alternatively, jump on an open-sided pick up taxi or hop into a “dollar van” and anywhere you desire to visit on Bequia is just a few minutes ride away. Don’t forget that, although Bequia is the largest of the Grenadine islands, it is just 7 square miles in size!

Our premier upper deck apartment has a breath-taking, 180 degree plus, panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, Lower Bay beach, stunning Admiralty Bay and the surrounding pristine natural forest. A wooden sun deck has been extended from the top floor of the villa, allowing guests to soak up the view, lounge in comfort, as well as dine & entertain al-fresco. The warm Caribbean sun sets majestically out to the front of the apartment, then hang around after sun down for a spectacular & vivid starlit sky.
The Ocean Deck apartment has two beautiful en-suite bedrooms, both with amazing features that will delight any guests. The front bedroom has incredible ocean, bay & beach views from huge, lowered feature windows. It also boasts a generous en-suite bathroom, with twin sinks, ample storage & wardrobe space, and an amazing “rain” shower with a view down to the beach – magical! The rear en-suite bedroom opens out via hardwood French doors to a private deck to the side of the property. This is located to catch the morning sun as you enjoy an al-fresco breakfast on the terrace looking out across the Caribbean Sea.
In the main living area of the apartment lies a well-equipped kitchen, with gas cooker, fridge freezer, tea & coffee making facilities & all the home comforts. The thoughtfully designed, large windows allow guests to admire the view from every angle. The kitchen opens out into the large living space with a breakfast bar & seating. Lines are blurred between outdoor & indoor living as the main inside living area is separated from the outdoor space (which includes the extended sun deck) by hardwood, folding doors that can be taken back completely to the side. You won’t be able to take your eyes of that view!

A tropical garden surrounds the deck and attracts beautiful birdlife including daily visits by numerous hummingbirds. Sipping on your morning coffee and watching these amazing creatures collecting the flower nectar is a pleasure. The Hummingbird Deck apartment has two beautiful en-suite bedrooms. The large front bedroom has a queen sized 4-poster bed with mosquito net and has access to the wooden front deck via French doors. It also has an en-suite bathroom with “rain” style shower to the rear. There is a dressing table as well as ample storage & wardrobe space. The rear en-suite bedroom is peaceful & quiet, with twin beds (can be joined to make a superking), dressing table & storage.
